A native of Washington, Richard grew up primarily outside of beautiful Morrison, Colorado. After graduating from the University of Denver in 2013 with a BSBA in International Business, Richard moved to Chicago where he attended his first year of law school at DePaul University College of Law. Richard moved back to Colorado during his 2L year and completed his J.D. at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2016. Prior to joining Tyson Gurney & Davis, LLC, Richard worked in corporate law, specifically focusing on complex contract negotiations and drafting, as well as performing due-diligence projects for various mergers and acquisitions. In his spare time Richard enjoys hiking, trying new restaurants, and traveling.
