A native Washingtonian who received her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Washington in Seattle, Laura moved to Colorado over a decade ago after coming out for a visit and falling in love with the sunshine. Laura received her J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2017. While at DU, Laura specialized in natural resources and energy law. As well, Laura was privileged to serve Colorado veterans as a student attorney at DU’s Veterans Advocacy Project. Prior to attending law school, Laura worked as a litigation and oil and gas paralegal. Laura has experience in oil and gas and other mineral title, including drafting and reviewing title opinions covering interests located in many of the western states. In her spare time, Laura enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and exploring Colorado with her dogs.
