Ladain was born in Shiraz, Iran, and raised in France where she lived for sixteen years before moving to Colorado in 1994. Ladain’s career started in banking, where she was quickly promoted to the lending department. She transitioned into the real estate industry, working for a nationwide homebuilder as a Senior Loan Processor. Subsequently, Ladain accepted a position at a national REO company where she was introduced to property and foreclosure laws. Passionate about that area of law, she worked with attorneys around the United States to cure complex title related issues. After many years in the REO industry, Ladain transitioned to the residential and commercial escrow arena where she obtained her Title Producer License.
In her leisure time, Ladain enjoys hiking and camping in Colorado’s great outdoors with her family, keeping up with her three German Shorthaired Pointers and remodeling her home. She is fluent in Farsi, French, English and Azari and is interested in international matters.
